Add a grader - Egma

Add a grader to your project to check simulations, production conversations, or both. Expected behaviors already applies to all simulations and cannot be removed.

Use a grader from the library

Open Graders and select Grader library.
Open the menu for the grader you want and select Use in project.
Find it in Active graders and select Edit to review its model, scope, settings, and pass threshold.
Save the settings before starting new work.

Create your own grader

Use Create a custom grader when you need instructions specific to your agent.

Check its results

Start a new run or review an eligible production conversation. Read the grader’s score, result, and evidence. See Update a grader to change its scope or settings.
